  • Yes. All projects begin with a consultation to ensure clarity, proper planning, and a smooth creative process.

  • We discuss your goals, creative direction, timelines, locations, logistics, usage rights, and next steps. This helps avoid confusion and delays later.

4. What is the difference between a Standard and Extended Consultation?

  • The Standard Consultation is a 15–20 minute planning call included with booked services.

  • The Extended Consultation is required for branding, content creation, and retainer clients and includes in-depth creative planning, content strategy, and workflow setup.

5. Is the consultation free?

  • The Standard Consultation is included once services are booked. Extended Consultations may be required depending on the scope of the project.

  • No. Availability is not confirmed until a deposit is paid and the contract is signed.
